Job Description You will work as a Supply Chain Management Business Analyst on the assigned engagement. Your responsibilities will include presenting a Conference Room Pilot to demonstrate D365 fit to the customer's organization. You will also advise the customer organization on D365 FO usage and assist in minimizing gaps between standard AX customer's business processes through creative configuration. Furthermore, you will participate in the implementation as a subject matter expert to represent customer's business requirements. Key Responsibilities - Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret client business processes and requirements. - Prepare Business Process Discovery Documents. - Create functional specifications for customizations required for D365 FO implementations. - Develop User Manuals and Training Plans. - Offer pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support. - Ensure project documents are complete and that the project is successfully delivered as per the plan.
