D365 Finance Functional Lead Consultant

As a Finance Functional Lead at Sonata Software, your primary role will involve leading D365 Finance implementations. This will require you to work closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver robust financial solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering business requirements, conducting GAP-FIT analysis, and providing end-to-end functional leadership in the implementation and deployment phases. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Finance modules in D365 F&O. - Perform FIT GAP assessments and prepare FDD documents. - Manage timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables effectively. - Gather and analyze business requirements from clients. - Design, configure, and deploy finance solutions across multiple projects. - Conduct workshops and provide end-user training. - Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and testing. - Support UAT and post-go-live stabilization. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of relevant experience in Dynamics AX / D365 Finance. - Deep finance domain knowledge and hands-on D365 configuration experience. - Experience working with Agile or hybrid delivery models. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. - D365 FO certification in Financial Management is preferred. - Experience in end-to-end implementations and working with global stakeholders.,
