Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) and external systems such as ERP and third-party applications. Develop and manage integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps , Power Automate , and Azure Service Bus . Build custom connectors, plugins, and support custom development using C# and JavaScript . Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable, maintainable integration solutions. Ensure data integrity during migrations, synchronizations, and ongoing data exchanges. Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues and performance bottlenecks. Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration workflows, processes, and custom code. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) . Expertise in Azure Logic Apps , Power Platform (Power Automate) , Azure Functions , and Azure Service Bus . Strong working knowledge of RESTful APIs , SOAP , OData , JSON , and XML protocols/formats. Familiarity with KingswaySoft , SSIS , or similar ETL/data integration tools. Proficient in C# , .NET , and JavaScript for custom integration and plugin development. Experience in data migration, transformation, and synchronization best practices. Good understanding of OAuth , Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) , and data governance/security frameworks.
