D365 CRM Developer

As a D365 CRM Developer with 5+ years of experience, your role will involve working on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules within Dynamics 365 CRM. You will analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop custom solutions within the CRM system. Key Responsibilities: - Translate business requirements into technical specifications for custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM. - Design, configure, and develop customizations using Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, plugins, and custom forms. - Develop and maintain integrations using .NET, Web Services, SSIS, and SQL Server. - Support end-to-end CRM implementation, including configuration, data migration, deployment, and post-production support. - Collaborate with functional teams to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes. - Ensure high-quality documentation and knowledge transfer for developed solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear status updates and articulating technical concepts. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of overall IT experience, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365). - Strong functional understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service CRM modules. - Proficiency in Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, workflows, and integrations. - Hands-on experience in .NET technologies, Web Services, SSIS, and SQL Server. - Experience in CRM solution deployment and environment management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Successfully delivered at least 2 end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM projects.,
