Job Title: D365 CE / Power Platform Developer Experience: 6 to 15 Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time Work Setting: On-site Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced D365 CE / Power Platform Developer with 6 to 15 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in customization, integrations, and automation to enhance business processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize D365 CE applications using PowerApps, Power Automate, and JavaScript. Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET. Configure and extend Power Platform components, including Canvas and Model-driven apps. Implement data integrations using Dataverse, Power BI, and external systems via APIs. Troubleshoot and optimize system performance and security. Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and deployment using Azure DevOps. Maintain best practices, documentation, and version control for developed solutions. Mandatory Requirements: Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing). Expertise in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI). Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript for custom development. Experience with RESTful APIs, OData, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management). Hands-on experience with Dataverse and model-driven app development. Knowledge of security configurations, role-based access, and authentication mechanisms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or D365 CE Functional Consultant Associate. Experience in AI Builder, Virtual Agents, and RPA with Power Automate. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory and integrations with external enterprise systems. Experience in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within Power Platform. Knowledge of industry best practices for Power Platform governance. Why Join Us?
