About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Associate D2C Website (Shopify) to manage and optimize our D2C website with a focus on Shopify . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Shopify store management, performance marketing, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) . You will be responsible for managing day-to-day website operations, driving sales through promotions and paid campaigns , and ensuring a seamless customer experience . Key Responsibilities: 1. Shopify Store Management: a. Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on Shopify. b. Implement and update themes, plugins, and apps for enhanced site functionality. c. Ensure the website is mobile-optimized and user-friendly. 2. Campaign Management: a. Plan and execute D2C promotions, sales events , and seasonal campaigns . b. Coordinate with the Marketing team for paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram . c. Analyze campaign performance and report on ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) . 3. Content & Merchandising: a. Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent branding . b. Optimize product descriptions, images, and landing pages for SEO . c. Manage homepage banners, collections, and navigation to boost conversion rates. 4. Performance Optimization: a. Conduct A/B testing for product pages and checkout flows. b. Monitor and improve site speed, analytics, and conversion rates . c. Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics to identify improvement areas. 5. Reporting & Analysis: a. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior . b. Present actionable insights to the Marketing and Leadership teams . Key Skills Required: 3-5 years of experience in managing Shopify-based D2C websites . Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and performance marketing . Proficiency in Shopify Apps, HTML/CSS , and basic JavaScript . Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely . Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
