Job Title: D2C Performance Marketing Executive Location: Ulsoor, Bengaluru (WFO) Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred Domain Exposure: Health & Wellness Role Overview We are looking for a data-driven and creative D2C Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand portfolio. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition, improve ROAS, and support overall funnel performance. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in performance marketing who is passionate about health, wellness, and making a meaningful impact through digital growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms for D2C brands. Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, ad placements, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Monitor and report on campaign performance, generating actionable insights and recommendations. Stay up to date with platform changes, best practices, and emerging tools/technologies. Run A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance. Analyze customer journey data to enhance funnel performance and retention metrics. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience running and scaling campaigns on Meta ads and Google Ads. Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad budgets with high ROI. Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.). Experience working with D2C brands. Familiarity with Shopify, or other D2C tools (preferred). Plus: Experience in the health and wellness industry.
