This program serves as your pathway to leadership development: - **Year 1: Functional Immersion**: Engage in Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, D2C Ops, Marketplace Management, and Key Account Management. - **Year 2: Team Leadership**: Take the lead in managing teams, owning metrics, and driving growth levers. - **Year 3: Business Leadership**: Transition into leadership positions such as Growth Lead, D2C Lead, or Marketplace Head, responsible for scaling a brand vertical.
