The Commercial Title Searcher will be responsible for conducting detailed and accurate title searches, examining chain of title records, identifying and resolving liens, understanding deeds, and managing escrow-related tasks. The role requires ensuring clear and marketable titles, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive reports. Qualifications Experience in conducting Title Searches and understanding Chain of Title Knowledge of Liens and the ability to identify and resolve them Proficiency in handling Deeds and related documentation Familiarity with Escrow processes and tasks Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the real estate or title industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or related field is preferred
