Company Description Jijau Enterprises is a fast-growing company with two trusted brands: GomyGPS – AIS 140 GPS tracking, fleet solutions, and compliance services. SPDTG – AI-driven school management & RFID attendance solutions. We work with leading clients such as Everest Fleet (Uber’s largest fleet partner in India) and multiple schools & institutions across India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in the MBP Mahape Navi Mumbai for an Operations Manager. The Operations. Ensuring backend & field teams follow processes for renewals, new installations, agent orders, and payments. Building and maintaining Google Sheets / MIS dashboards for daily reporting. Preparing daily compliance reports for management. Supervising backend staff (renewal desk, new install desk, agents desk, accounts). Coordinating with technicians through the Dispatch Board and verifying job closure proofs. Monitoring agent credit & payment follow-ups to reduce financial risk. Key Responsibilities Check all employee entries in MIS (Renewals, New Installs, Payments, Certificates). Track technician job allocation & proof submission. Generate and share Daily Report (by 7 PM) with management. Ensure payments are logged in MIS before closure (“No MIS, No Closure” rule). Monitor agent dues and trigger automated follow-ups. Conduct weekly staff training on SOP compliance. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Qualifications Strong leadership, management, and team-building skills Strong knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards). Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements Proficiency in using operations management software. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a related field Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred Excellent communication & team supervision skills.
