As a Senior C/C++ Developer, you will be responsible for the development and automation of infrastructure software/tools. You will investigate, analyze, and resolve problems with application programs while ensuring that the solution is technically sound. Your role will involve translating functional specifications into technical specifications and coding and testing work according to standards. It is essential to consistently complete work within estimated timeframes and maintain a high standard of quality for all deliverables. You will be required to perform specification and code reviews to ensure that solutions are appropriate and that standards are being followed. Effective communication with business and technical teams at all levels is crucial, along with providing technical guidance to the development team of agile software developers to create, maintain, and enhance diverse software systems. You will help drive adoption of core technologies, architectural guidelines, and standards, as well as software development best practices. Your responsibilities will include accelerating the adoption of standards and new technologies, ensuring all software development is managed under version control and release management. You should be experienced with code branching and the establishment of multiple environments spanning development, test, user acceptance test, production, and production fix. Collaboration with other team members for assistance, providing project report information, and reports to management is also part of the role. As a Client Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and business development by creating strong relationships with prospects and existing customers. You will be tasked with building and maintaining a constant revenue pipeline, proactively prospecting for new business opportunities, and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets. It will be essential for you to understand customer requirements related to Network Infrastructure and propose relevant security solutions while recommending the most suitable options based on their needs. To excel in this role, you must develop and leverage executive relationships necessary for success, keep your knowledge up to date with the Security market, and maintain good working relationships with key customers, partners, and OEMs. This position requires a self-starter with a consultative sales approach, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to creating new business opportunities. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain an accurate forecast of business opportunities, prepare regular business reviews for the management team, and manage leads in a timely manner. Your qualification criteria should include a solid understanding of Cyber Security, a proven track record in consultative selling, and at least 5 years of experience in cyber security with Cloud/IT Infra sales.
