Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to define test strategies.
Create and execute test cases, report bugs, and validate fixes.
Perform regression testing and ensure test coverage for new and existing features.
Integrate Cypress tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Monitor test results, analyze failures, and provide detailed reports.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 1 year in Cypress.
Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills.
Experience with test frameworks such as Mocha or Chai (used within Cypress).
Familiarity with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
Experience in REST API testing.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
