As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the design of DC side electrical engineering related to medium and large-scale Solar Photovoltaic Power plants. Your primary task will be to provide cost-optimized design solutions for the arrangement of the PV plant layout. You should be familiar with energy yield simulation in PV Syst and capable of selecting Solar PV Modules types, ratings, and installation types. Additionally, you will need to determine the optimum DC rating of the plant and perform shading analysis using software tools like Sketchup. Your responsibilities will also include preparing DC, AC, Aux SLD (Single Line Diagrams) and layout designs using 3D CAD tools. You will be involved in the preparation of various drawings such as Plant Layout GA drawings, PV Array Layout, DC Cable routine layouts, and DC Grouping layout. Furthermore, you will be required to conduct PV plant Earthing Calculation adhering to standards like IEEE, BS, IS, and other related guidelines.
