Job Description

Cylinder- Operator - Proofing - (250000JH)
Description

End to end management of the shift activities

  • Supervising and coordinating proofing activities

  • EHS


  • To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets
  • Ensure the smooth running of the production processes

  • Color shade matching with sample jobs or old proofs.
  • Proof reading via prints check software.
  • Documentation and record keeping of proof samples for future reference
  • To provide data for preparing daily reports of no. of cylinder rejected.
  • Adherence to all laid down procedures of quality
  • Prepare move order for the materials in ERP.
  • Entry of Cylinders in ERP.
  • Preparing various reports COA reports, Customer Complaint reports for MIS purpose.
  • Check LAB values of the proofs and delta E comparison.

  • Ensure compliance with safety measures
  • Ensure safe practices at the work place


Qualifications

Must have a technical degree.
