Collaborate with procurement team for reorder triggers and stock replenishment. Produce daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports, including age analysis, shrinkage, and turnover rates. Identify slow-moving and excess stock, propose rationalisation plans. Work with supply chain, sales forecasting, and merchandising teams to align inventory with demand. Conduct regular cycle counts and internal audits to ensure compliance. Support ERP/WMS implementation and enhancements with inventory logic.
