Job Description

As a CIAM Specialist at Medtronic, you will be a key member of the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) team. Your role will involve technical operations, implementation, management, and support for the CIAM systems deployed within the organization, with a focus on systems such as Okta, SiteMinder, and Layer7 API gateway. You will be responsible for ensuring the operational fitness of the system through support, monitoring, and response. Your responsibilities will include: - Operate, manage, and support CIAM systems - Provide support for CIAM systems and related system integration - Ensure system availability, capacity, and performance - Research and escalate open issues to determine root causes and resolutions - Manage and improve technical documents for system operations - Participate in projects to deliver new technologies and process improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree - 3+ years of experience in IT Security or Identity & Access Management - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently and collaboratively - Strong attention to details and commitment to quality - High degree of learning agility - Experience with technologies such as Okta, Auth0, Java, JavaScript, React, Layer7 Please note that the above responsibilities are not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned as required.
