Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity business development or related roles. - Strong knowledge of IT security protocols, solutions, and emerging trends. - Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies for technical roles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies. - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable. - Demonstrated experience in technology evangelism and client engagement.
