Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of our company’s website and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead the web development team, manage technology projects, ensure cybersecurity, and support all IT operations to drive efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Website Development & Management Lead the end-to-end development of the company website, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure website meets branding, usability, and business objectives. Manage website updates, content management system (CMS), plugins, and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRM, SEO tools). Ensure the website is mobile-responsive, fast, and secure. Monitor site analytics and performance metrics and implement improvements accordingly. IT Infrastructure & Support Oversee the company's IT systems, including servers, networks, software, hardware, and cybersecurity tools. Manage daily IT operations including troubleshooting, backup, and data recovery processes. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure the organization’s data is secure and compliant with relevant regulations. Team Management & Collaboration Lead and mentor the IT and web development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Coordinate with marketing, sales, HR, and operations teams to support their technical needs. Manage external vendors, freelancers, or agencies for web and IT support services. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 2 years managing website development projects. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, etc.). Experience with CMS platforms, SEO principles, UX/UI best practices, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Knowledge of IT security protocols, data protection laws, and system administration. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
