Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage Technical Skills Strong technical background and be able to understand complex IT solutions. They should be knowledgeable in areas such as cloud computing, WAN networking, cybersecurity, and software development. Communication Skills Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They should also be able to listen to customer needs and provide solutions accordingly. Sales skills ability to work closely with sales teams to demonstrate the technical capabilities of a product or solution. Therefore, they should have strong sales skills and be able to articulate the value proposition of a solution to potential customers.
