Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of internal communications to continuously improve strategies and tactics. Champion Thales' culture, values, and strategic priorities through consistent and compelling internal narratives. GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS SUPPORT: Manage and leverage Thales’s memberships with key industry bodies in India Coordinate and develop communication materials (presentations, articles, thought leadership pieces) for relevant opportunities including industry events, seminars, and publications as well as policy-making. Provide support to the broader communications team on ad-hoc projects and events as required, including digital communications, and CSR initiatives. Collaborate with global communications teams to align strategies and share best practices. Follow-Up on operations and budget: Assist India Communications team in securing and optimising the yearly budget in accordance with the regional communications’ plan (including exhibitions and events, advertising, multimedia collateral, etc) and supporting on function operations including KPIs, Scorecard & Reports specific. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in communications, with a strong emphasis on internal communications within a large, multinational organisation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, MS tools [Word, Excel, PowerPoint] and graphic/ video editing tools). Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, taking full ownership of initiatives. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders collaboratively and build relationships at all levels of the organization. Role Description – Lead and support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001 standards Drive and oversee Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, including comprehensive vendor risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing risk monitoring Lead cybersecurity risk assessments and gap analyses to evaluate compliance with internal policies, industry best practices, and regulatory frameworks Act as a key liaison with clients, managing multiple projects, stakeholder relationships and expectations to ensure delivery of high-quality risk and compliance services Collaborate cross-functionally with client departments such as compliance, internal audit, legal, and regulatory teams to identify, interpret, and document security and compliance requirements Manage and conduct risk assessments and audits encompassing people, process, and technology, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Prepare and review detailed information security risk assessment and audit reports, including recommendations for mitigating controls Oversee the planning, development, and execution of vendor security reviews and assessments, including defining methodologies and vendor evaluation models Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, sharing expertise especially on complex, judgmental, and specialized security issues Participate actively in strategy development and continuous improvement initiatives for security risk management practices Desired qualifications 6+ Relevant years of experience in Third party risk management Relevant years of experience in IT Audits, Cybersecurity gap assessments, Cloud Security Experience with ISO27001 implementation and audits Experience with ISO22301 implementation and audits Leadership experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and vendor risk governance Understanding of application security and secure development lifecycle (SDLC) principles Expertise in developing and enhancing security policies, standards, and procedures Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills Strong report writing and presentation capabilities for complex audit and risk findings Ability to lead, mentor, and develop security risk management team Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor highly preferred Location and way of working Base location: Bangalore Professional is required to work from office

Manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution. Conduct regular field visits, workshops, and meetings to assess project needs and performance. Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, academic institutions, NGOs, and government bodies. Coordinate with schools, colleges, and training partners for effective program delivery and outreach. Promote program adoption through engagement, communication, and capacity-building initiatives. Training and Facilitation Design and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for students, teachers, and administrators. Facilitate sessions on AI tools, machine learning basics, and cybersecurity awareness. Support schools and colleges in integrating digital tools and curriculum enhancements. Documentation and Reporting Prepare detailed progress reports, success stories, and case studies. Maintain up-to-date documentation of program activities, outcomes, and insights. Support preparation of presentations and research briefs for stakeholders. Collaboration and Capacity Building Work collaboratively with internal teams, technology experts, and academic partners. Assist in developing training materials and toolkits for capacity building. Participate in and facilitate knowledge-sharing forums to promote best practices in AI/ML and cybersecurity education. Mandatory Qualification and Experience: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education Technology, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in managing CSR or development projects, especially in education and technology. Working knowledge of AI/ML tools, Cybersecurity fundamentals, and EdTech platforms. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience working with academic institutions is highly desirable. Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and presentation tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.). Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project implementation. Experience in handling CSR-funded or donor-funded projects. Certification or hands-on experience in AI/ML, data science, or cybersecurity domains. Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
