Job Description

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

8. Required Technical Skill Set:

Proficiency in change management, ITIL frameworks and Incident handling.
Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate change activities with project timelines.
Understanding of organizational culture to tailor change initiatives for maximum impact and acceptance.
Proficiency with collaborative project management tools like JIRA or similar
Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Competencies (Technical / Behavioural Competency):

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5):

Knowledge of Cybersecurity/ IT and sound knowledge ITSM tools, such as BMC Remedy.
Knowledge of change management processes and best practices
Extensive problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to engage, influence, and manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Excellent customer service and communication (oral / written) skills required.

Good-to-Have:

Certified in CCMP, ITIL, CSM. PSM.
Experience of working with diverse teams and is a team player.
