Role & responsibilities 1. Drive Cybersecurity Sales Growth Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and upsell within enterprise and mid-market clients in South India. Identify and target key verticals and accounts to maximize revenue opportunities. 2. Client & Partner Engagement Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, IT and security decision-makers, and channel partners. Understand client pain points and business challenges to position the right cybersecurity solutions effectively. 3. Revenue & Pipeline Ownership Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. 4. Collaboration with Practice & Delivery Teams Work closely with technical pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to design and deliver customized cybersecurity solutions aligned with client needs. Ensure seamless coordination between sales and delivery for enhanced client satisfaction. 5. Market Intelligence & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy Monitor competitor activities, emerging market trends, and customer feedback. Provide actionable insights to refine the GTM strategy and improve market positioning in South India. 6. Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports. Provide timely updates on sales performance and account status to senior management. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred. Proven experience (7+ years) in sales of cybersecurity solutions or IT services with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong network within the cybersecurity ecosystem in South India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex technical solutions and articulate business value. Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Role & responsibilities Drive lead generation and qualification for cybersecurity services (MDR, Advisory, GRC, Cloud Security, VAPT, Red teaming, Product etc.) across targeted enterprise accounts. Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls; nurture inbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams to develop tailored outreach campaigns and pitch decks. Engage with CISOs, IT decision-makers, and procurement teams to understand security priorities and schedule discovery meetings. Maintain accurate CRM data (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) to track opportunities, pipeline progress, and customer touchpoints. Support proposal development, follow-ups, and closures in coordination with field sales teams. Preferred candidate profile 2-5 years of B2B inside sales experience in cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS, or enterprise tech. Strong understanding of cybersecurity basics (VAPT, Red teaming, Cyber advisory, SIEM, SOC, cloud, endpoint, compliance). Excellent communication, email writing, and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented mindset with ability to handle monthly targets and KPIs.
