Job Description Role Summary Seeking a certified Cybersecurity Trainer with 5–8 years of experience to deliver industry-aligned, hands-on training in Hyderabad. The trainer will be responsible for teaching and mentoring learners across CyberCertify Pro’s course portfolio, focusing on job readiness, real-world security skills, and industry certification preparation. Key Responsibilities • Deliver expert-led, immersive cybersecurity courses in topics such as security monitoring, incident response, threat detection, red teaming, defensive operations, and industry certifications (CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.). • Design and update training materials using case studies, presentations, labs, and simulations aligned to current cyber threats and real-world scenarios. • Facilitate hands-on labs on tools such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, and relevant forensic analysis frameworks. • Mentor participants on certification tracks, career readiness, and technical mastery of cybersecurity concepts. • Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, mocks, and provide actionable feedback. • Stay abreast of latest cybersecurity trends, threat intelligence feeds, attack techniques, and update course material accordingly. • Support outreach through workshops, hackathons, guest lectures, and webinars on emerging security topics and digital safety. • Collaborate with content, placement, and technical teams to optimize learner outcomes and industry networking. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. • Active and relevant industry certifications (EC|I, COMPTIA etc. ). • 5–8 years’ work experience in cybersecurity operations, consulting, or training. • Strong command of cybersecurity domains: threat detection, network and application security, incident response, vulnerability assessment, SOC operations, and security compliance frameworks. • Experience with hands-on security labs and tools (Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, web app pentesting, forensic frameworks). • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to mentor diverse audiences and simplify complex concepts. • Demonstrated record in teaching, content development, or corporate/academic training. • Familiarity with online platforms, virtual labs, and remote instruction methodologies is a plus. Preferred Skills • Experience in training for Indian and global certification standards. • Knowledge of current cyber threat landscape, fraud prevention, and digital risk management. • Ability to drive technical discussion during webinars, podcasts, and workshops. Location • Hyderabad (in-person, with potential for hybrid/online sessions as required).
