Experience: 4–6 Years Department: Sales Reporting To: Director – Sales Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and consultative AM / Manager – Sales (Cybersecurity Services & Solutions) with 4–6 years of experience in selling cybersecurity products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data protection/security , third-party risk management , and cloud security , with a proven track record of selling not just products, but also associated professional and managed services including implementation, platform sustenance, monitoring, and ongoing management. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle for cybersecurity solutions and services across enterprise accounts. Promote and sell a mix of cybersecurity offerings focused on: Data protection & security (e.g., DLP, CASB, DSPM, privacy tools) Third-party risk management solutions and frameworks Cloud security products and services (e.g., CSPM, CWPP, CNAPP) Position associated services such as consulting, implementation, managed services, monitoring, and ongoing platform support. Understand customer environments, compliance needs (e.g., GDPR, ISO, SOC2), and design tailored cybersecurity solutions with value-driven messaging. Collaborate with solution team, delivery teams, and OEM partners to create compelling proposals and solution roadmaps. Build and maintain strong relationships with CISOs, IT security heads, procurement teams, and key influencers. Generate, manage, and convert a qualified pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets. Maintain up-to-date CRM records, provide accurate sales forecasts, and report key metrics regularly. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). 4–6 years of experience in cybersecurity sales , with a strong focus on services-led selling . Experience in selling to mid-to-large enterprise clients in verticals such as BFSI, manufacturing, healthcare, IT/ITES, etc. Familiarity with common cybersecurity standards, cloud frameworks, and risk management practices. Strong understanding of both product and services sales models. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Define and track delivery KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics; ensure adherence to contractual commitments. Establish and manage operational cadence including weekly reviews, monthly service reporting, and continuous improvement plans. Maintain and improve runbooks, knowledge bases, and operational playbooks where required. Cross-Functional Team Management Lead and coordinate a cross-trained team delivering integrated security services.
