Privileged Access Management MPI Role Specification CyberArk MPI Service Integration Lead (CyberArk L3 Engineer) Lead PAM support for the integration of MPI into CyberArk Responsibilities - Lead for MPI support for PAM CG team - Create CyberArk /MPI integration documentation - Regular training with PAM team (how to support /FAQ/Resources) - Lead for supporting BCP scenarios (response and regular testing of process) - Creation of SOPs - Provide evidence of MPI/CyberArk operations/testing to provide confidence to management - Security of MPI integration into CyberArk Health Monitoring - Monitoring - Checking Logs - Checking Services - Ensue uptime of CyberArk integration - Capacity planning Maintenance - Change Management for planned maintenance, patching, upgrades. Role Requirements - Automatic onboarding from MPI to CyberArk is managed via scripts - Knowledge of Power shell scripting useful (good understanding, does not need to be an expert) - Experience of working with CyberArk API (PSPAS / API custom development) - Ensuring operational uptime of MPI integration / processes with CyberArk - Monitoring of account compliance - Monitoring of performance, review of capacity and forecasting changes - Contribute towards MPI roadmap for CyberArk integrations - Identify product enhancements/features that can add value to design/performance - Supporting audit and compliance topics - Networking/Linux/Windows experiencer - Use/integration of SSH Keys to authenticate to target server Interactions - Interaction with MPI product team - PAM Manager - PAM GO Team - PAM CG Team - AD Team (custom GPO has been built for MPI) - Must have hands-on experience in using VISIO, Power point in developing architectures related to PAM requirements. Must be able to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with team lead and project manager to give status update.
