About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. User & Email management: - Microsoft 365 OR G Suite Administration, Microsoft Outlook & Exchange Administration 2. Hardware: - Manage and maintain all Systems and Network hardware such as laptops/desktops & Servers, Network Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VOIP Phone System, Biometric devices. 3. Network Administration: - Install, configure, and maintain Firewalls, Routers, and Network Switches, VPN, and troubleshoot WIFI, Network, and Internet connectivity issues. 4. System Administration: - Install and maintain Windows Client OS and Server OS, all related Applications & Productivity tools, install security patches & upgrades, install of Drivers and Firmware updates. Troubleshoot using Remote Desktop Tools. 5. Server Administration: - Management of Active Directory, User & Groups, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Files & Backups, Sharing and Security permissions, Group and Security Policies, Performance Monitoring 6.
