Description

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts and a passion for educating others. This role involves creating and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the cybersecurity skills of our employees and foster a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging cybersecurity training programs to employees at all levels.
Assess the training needs of the organization and create tailored training solutions.
Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding cybersecurity policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the IT and security teams to align training with organizational goals.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on training and awareness.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
Ability to assess training effectiveness and adapt content based on feedback.
Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) related to cybersecurity.
