Cyber Security Analyst - L4

Role Overview: As a Cyber Security Analyst at Wipro Limited, your role is to analyse, identify, rectify, and recommend specific improvement measures to enhance the security posture of the organization by safeguarding sensitive information. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer centricity, monitoring and safeguarding log sources and security access, planning for disaster recovery, and conducting security assessments and risk analysis. Your responsibilities will also include handling security incidents escalated by the L1 team in 24x7 rotational shifts, using advanced analytics tools to determine emerging threat patterns, and providing advice and guidance on cyber security issues. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure customer centricity by providing apt cybersecurity solutions - Monitor and safeguard log sources and security access - Plan for disaster recovery in case of security breaches - Monitor for attacks, intrusions, and unauthorized activity - Conduct log reviews and forensic analysis to identify unauthorized access - Perform security assessments, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of security incidents - Analyze all attacks and provide remedial attack analysis - Create reports, dashboards, and conduct detailed incident analysis - Coordinate with stakeholders and provide audit assistance - Maintain information security risk register and assist with internal and external audits - Assist in creating, maintaining, and delivering cyber security awareness training - Provide advice and guidance to employees on spam and malicious emails Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in cybersecurity analysis and incident response - Strong knowledge of security tools, techniques, and procedures - Experience in conducting security assessments and risk analysis - Ability to work in 24x7 rotational shifts - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) would be an advantage Please note that the company, Wipro Limited, is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on digital transformation.
