Cyber Security & AI Research Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and curious Cybersecurity & AI Research Intern to join our team. In this role, you'll support cybersecurity testing, automation, and research efforts, with the opportunity to explore how AI can be used to enhance security workflows. This is ideal for someone with a good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and an interest in AI-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in running security tests and assessments using various vulnerability analysis, network monitoring, and endpoint protection tools.
• Write or adapt scripts and small programs for automation, log analysis, or custom use cases.
• Contribute to building and testing AI-powered automations for security workflows.
• Research and experiment with AI tools relevant to cybersecurity use cases.
• Support internal security projects and documentation efforts.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in cybersecurity concepts (e.g., network security, threat analysis, secure coding).
• Comfortable using and learning various security tools and platforms.
• Basic coding skills in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
• Familiarity or interest in AI technologies and how they can be applied to cybersecurity.
• Ability to work independently and document your work clearly.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to security operations, ethical hacking, or automation projects.
• Experience working with AI platforms or APIs.
• Personal projects or research in cybersecurity or AI domains.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: To be Discussed
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Full-time, in-office)

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
