We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our e-commerce team. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales of our sock products through outbound calls, building relationships with customers, and promoting our brand. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales Calls: Contact potential customers from provided leads to promote and sell our sock products, including limited-edition designs, subscription boxes, and bulk purchases. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend sock products that align with their preferences. Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders through our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell complementary products (e.g., sock gift sets, seasonal collections) to maximize sales. Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to close sales and maintain ongoing relationships. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our sock inventory, including materials, designs, sizing, and promotions. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs as set by the sales manager. CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, sales, and feedback in the company’s CRM system. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. Market Feedback: Provide insights on customer preferences and market trends to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
