As a member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring the Fraud Risk Management (FRM) alert system on a 24/7 basis. Your primary focus will be to stay vigilant and responsive to any potential fraudulent activities that may arise. In addition to monitoring alerts, you will also play a key role in researching and developing FRM rules based on the latest fraud trends and activities. It will be essential to continuously fine-tune these rules to ensure their effectiveness in detecting and preventing fraud. Ensuring MHA compliance in our response and tracking for remediation will be another crucial aspect of your role. You will need to adhere to industry regulations and standards to address any fraudulent incidents in a timely and efficient manner. Furthermore, you will be involved in new account monitoring and alerting processes. This will require proactive surveillance to identify any suspicious activities related to new accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary. As part of your responsibilities, you will also be expected to conduct periodic cyber and fraud-related awareness sessions for our customers. These sessions will help educate customers on potential risks and best practices to prevent falling victim to fraud.
