Sr. Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and generate qualified leads through platforms like Upwork , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , email campaigns , and bidding portals (e.g., Freelancer, Guru). Proposal Writing & Bidding : Prepare and submit compelling proposals for IT service projects (Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI/ML, etc.) on Upwork and similar platforms. Client Communication : Engage with international clients (primarily US, UK, EU, Middle East) via email, LinkedIn, and calls. Understand client needs, propose relevant solutions, and schedule meetings for closures. Sales Funnel Management : Maintain CRM with updated lead status, follow-up schedules, and opportunity tracking. Collaboration : Work closely with the presales, marketing, and technical teams to align offerings and enhance win rates. Market Research : Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential partnership opportunities. Target Achievement : Meet monthly/quarterly KPIs related to leads, meetings, proposals, and closures. Required Skills: 2–5 years of experience in B2B IT Sales / Business Development . Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Bidding Portals , and cold outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English mandatory). Understanding of IT services like Web Development, Mobile Apps, Salesforce, Cloud, AI/ML, etc. Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, ClickUp, Trello is a plus. Strong negotiation and client engagement skills. Nice to Have: Experience working with international markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East) . Prior experience in agency / outsourcing / IT service sales . Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing , or technical documentation will be advantageous.
