Validate end-to-end data workflows from web forms IICS APIs Veeva Vault Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Perform API mapping, testing, and data verification using Postman and automation scripts. Execute ETL QA for data ingestion, transformation, and synchronization processes.
Develop and execute SQL queries to perform data reconciliation and validation across multiple environments.
Test data integration between Veeva Vault objects (e.g., CRM-like entities) and downstream marketing systems.
Ensure data consistency, completeness, and accuracy across all stages of the integration flow. Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify issues, define test strategies, and validate fixes.
Maintain and execute regression, smoke, and performance test cases as part of deployment cycles. Document testing processes, data mappings, and test outcomes clearly for audit and compliance.
1. Strong SQL expertise writing complex joins, transformations, and data validation queries.
2. Proven experience in ETL testing, especially with Informatica IICS or similar tools.
3. Solid understanding of REST APIs and hands-on experience with Postman for API QA.
4. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) data structures (Data Extensions, Journeys, Automations)
5. .Familiarity with Veeva Vault or CRM-like systems for object and metadata validation
6. .Deep knowledge of data flow design, API payloads, and data synchronization testing.
7. Strong analytical, documentation, and troubleshooting skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.
