As a Solution Architect, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical advice on system development and integration, including managing requests for changes and deviations from specifications. You will engage in discussions with IT technical audiences at various levels within customer organizations and build strong relationships with both internal and external business partners. In this role, you will also play a key part in mentoring other team members, identifying knowledge gaps, and suggesting operational improvements. Working closely with the Account Executive, you will ensure that technical requirements align with solution design and customer business drivers, demonstrating unique value to clients. You will be expected to deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations that meet customer requirements and cater to the audience's level of technical expertise. Additionally, developing proofs of concept (PoCs) will be a crucial aspect of your role, guiding prospects through the evaluation process to ensure customer satisfaction. Providing standards and guidelines for integrated solution design and development will be part of your daily tasks, along with addressing critical issues related to performance. Your expertise will be essential in translating logical designs into technical product designs, facilitating product development, and offering frameworks to govern solution design and development. Furthermore, you will design structures and tools that meet business requirements while considering factors such as the target environment, existing systems, performance, and security needs. Any certifications related to Solution Architect and CX/Sales will be advantageous in this role.,
