An experienced Data Centre Resource is urgently required for a prestigious project, specifically for night shifts to provide 24x7 Technical Support on-site as per RFP/Contract requirements. The ideal candidate must possess hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting server and network infrastructure, with expertise in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) systems, ESXi, UCS, and various storage solutions. The role demands strong automation skills, in-depth knowledge of Linux server environments, and the ability to implement efficient recovery strategies to ensure seamless operations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: - Analyze, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and server issues to minimize downtime. - Record and document problems, resolutions, and recurring issues for future performance optimization. System Records & Documentation: - Maintain detailed system records including user manuals, update logs, and configuration documentation. - Ensure all system documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for reference. HCI Infrastructure Management: - Work with Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) environments such as ESXi, HXDP, and UCS. - Troubleshoot and optimize HCI server performance to ensure scalability and high availability. Server Automation & Deployment: - Automate server deployments using scripting languages and configuration management tools like VRealise Automation, Intersight, CWOM, etc. Virtual Machine Management: - Create, configure, and manage virtual machines (VMs) according to operational requirements. Linux Server Administration: - Administer and maintain Linux-based servers to guarantee proper configuration, performance, and reliability. Storage & Backup Management: - Manage and configure storage solutions like Commvault Software, NetApp SAN Storage, Disk Archive, and CommCell Console for efficient data backup and recovery. - Ensure backup systems are operational and recover data as necessary. Network Switch Configuration: - Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network switches and related infrastructure. - Ensure stable and reliable network connectivity for all servers and VMs. VMware Administration: - Administer VMware environments encompassing ESXi hosts, vCenter management, and resolution of VMware-related issues.,
