Job Summary: The Student Counselor plays a key role in guiding students throughout their academic journey — from admission inquiries to ongoing support. The role involves connecting with prospective students, providing detailed course information, assisting with the admission process, and addressing any student-related queries or concerns. key Responsibilities: Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Guide students through the admission process and course selection. Call and follow up with leads received from marketing and social media platforms. Maintain student records and update admission status in internal systems. Support students in resolving course-related or technical issues. Coordinate with departments such as Academics, IT, and Operations for smooth student support. Assist in collecting required documents, payments, and verification details. Provide post-admission assistance and ensure student satisfaction. Contribute to achieving monthly admission and follow-up targets. Participate in orientation sessions and promotional campaigns when required. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month Work Location: In person
