As a Network Automation Developer you will design, develop, and maintain software systems in support of managing communications network and providing network services. This role involves both creative and analytical skills to solve complex problems and create efficient, reliable software. You will use your expertise in requirements analysis, programming languages, software development methodologies, and tools to build and deliver software products that meet the needs of businesses, organizations, or end-users. You will work with other engineers, product managers and delivery leads, to design systems, determine functional and non-functional needs and implement solutions accordingly. What will you do in this role Learn and improve company s processes related to network management and seek opportunities to build automated solutions for network management Develop automation solutions for self-service of network services Develop, maintain & support Ansible playbooks Develop, maintain & support automation solutions built in AWS Design, code, verify, test, document, amend and refactor moderately complex applications and software configurations for deployment in collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams across various regions worldwide. Design test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting test outcomes. Participate in requirement, design and specification reviews. Perform manual and automation testing. Elicit requirements for systems and software life cycle working practices and automation. Prepare design options for the working environment of methods, procedures, techniques, tools, and people. Utilize systems and software life cycle working practices for software components and micro-services. Deploy automation to achieve we'll-engineered and secure outcome. Become a point of contact for existing and new network tools Drive improvements in the processes around selected network tools Manage data quality for selected tools Design and maintain the configuration of selected tools based on business demand Participate in evaluating new tools Cooperate closely with network designers and network operations Apply good development and documentation practices Work within a matrix organizational structure, reporting to both the functional manager and the Product manager. Participate in Product planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with both functional and Product goals. What should you have Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream. 3+ years of hands-on experience working with technologies - Ansible, AWS, REST API, SQL and databases, at least one programming language from our supported stack (TypeScript / Node / React, Java, Python, .NET). At least basic understanding of IP-based communication networks (routing, switching, firewalling, load-balancing, DNS). Familiarity with modern product development practices - Agile, Scrum, test driven development, UX, design thinking. Familiarity with DevOps practices (Git, infrastructure as code, observability, continuous integration/continuous deployment - CI/CD). Possesses both theoretical and practical knowledge, with the ability to autonomously implement given tasks, including producing and deploying pieces of code. Cloud-native, ideally AWS certified. Product and customer-centric approach. As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for task management, Agile coaching, workshop coordination, and the documentation of success stories. You will play a critical role in promoting a structured and collaborative work environment, ensuring that our teams remain aligned with business goals and objectives. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential as you help facilitate effective communication and accountability within and across teams. What will you do in the role: Task and Workflow Management Organize, document, and prioritize tasks across multiple projects using Agile tools like Jira. Collaborate with team members to ensure proper task tracking, create status reports, and regularly groom backlogs. Manage team workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks aligned with priority objectives. Agile Coaching and Team Support Act as an Agile Coach, fostering a structured, efficient, and collaborative work environment. Success Story Documentation and Communication Identify and document success stories arising from team engagements and deliverables. Publish and share success stories within the organization, highlighting the impact of the team s work. Support the team in preparing impactful presentations and reports for internal stakeholders. Reporting and Communication Prepare and publish periodic status reports that detail team progress and achievements. Ensure clear and consistent communication among the Strategy and Architecture team, divisional customers, and internal product teams. Drive accountability and transparency by maintaining updated project plans and dashboards. What Should you have: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Agile project management, team coordination, or a related role. Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile principles, tools, and methodologies (eg, Scrum, Kanban). Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable updates. Technical Tools: Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and other collaboration platforms. Leadership: Ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving solutions. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with architecture or related technical disciplines. Experience coordinating workshops, forums, and cross-functional engagements. Demonstrated ability to document and publish success stories or impact reports. Exposure to enterprise-level environments with multiple stakeholders.
