In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our core business applications, with a significant emphasis on our Jira platform. You will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems, with a particular focus on Jira and its ecosystem, playing a vital part in enabling our development, project management, and other business units to achieve their objectives. What your impact will be. Administer and maintain key business applications, including Navan, Tableau, Monday, Docebo, and serve as the primary administrator for our Jira instance and associated Atlassian products (e.g., Confluence, Jira Service Management, Product Discovery). Configure and customize Jira projects, workflows, issue types, fields, screens, and permissions to align with business processes and team needs. Configure and customize other applications to meet evolving business needs, including workflows, user roles, security settings, and data integrations. Provide technical support to end-users across all business applications, with a specialized focus on troubleshooting Jira-related issues, answering queries, and offering guidance on Jira functionality and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders, particularly development and project management teams, to gather requirements for Jira configurations, enhancements, and integrations. Monitor application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reliability, with a keen eye on Jira performance and scalability. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security policies, with specific responsibility for Jira user and group management. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities, including Jira and Atlassian product upgrades and plugin management. Participate in testing new application features, integrations, and releases. Develop and implement Jira automation rules and integrations with other tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Manage and administer Jira add-ons and plugins to extend functionality and meet specific business requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to business application administration. What you will bring. 3+ years of experience in administering and supporting business applications, with direct experience in Jira administration. Understanding of database concepts and data management principles. Experience with system configuration, customization, and workflow automation, with a deep understanding of Jira workflows, schemes, and configurations. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to business applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Experience with data integration tools and techniques is a plus. Proven experience administering Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira Service Management, Product Discovery) is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with global technical and non-technical stakeholders.
