CV Formatting Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CV Formatting Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in MS Word and a good understanding of English Grammar (for checking written content only, not for speaking). Your key responsibility will be to format Resumes/CVs in Microsoft Word as per specific formatting guidelines and quality standards. This is a work-from-home position post-training. Key Responsibilities: Format CVs and resumes according to specific client guidelines using MS Word Ensure consistency in formatting, layout, font usage, and overall presentation Review and correct grammatical errors in CVs (not conversational English, only written grammar) Follow instructions precisely and meet deadlines Requirements: Minimum 80% proficiency in Microsoft Word (tables, alignment, styles, headers/footers, formatting tools, etc.) Basic English grammar knowledge to correct written content in CVs Must own a personal laptop/computer with stable internet Ability to work independently with attention to detail Available to work from 1 PM to 11:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday Additional Information: This is a remote job after training is completed Training period may be conducted in-office or online (details to be provided during the interview) Ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in administrative or back-office roles
