The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for positions like HR, finance, sales, operations, and administration. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements for non-IT roles. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling and feedback. Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment reports. Ensure timely closures of open positions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 13 years of experience in non-IT recruitment preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and job portals.
