As an Electrician Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, and control equipment. You will support senior electricians in both preventive and corrective electrical maintenance tasks. Your duties will include carrying tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areas, as well as troubleshooting electrical problems using testing devices. It will be important for you to maintain cleanliness and organization in the electrical workshop and job sites while adhering to all safety procedures and regulations. Additionally, you will be required to read basic electrical diagrams and understand circuit layouts under guidance. Ensuring the timely availability of tools and consumables at the site will be part of your responsibilities. You will also perform basic tasks such as drilling holes, cutting wire, and mounting panels, while reporting work progress and issues to the supervising electrician. To qualify for this role, you should have an ITI certification in Electrician Trade recognized by NCVT/SCVT. While 02 years of relevant experience is preferred, freshers are also welcome to apply. A basic understanding of electrical tools, components, and systems is necessary for this position. This is a full-time job that offers benefits such as life insurance and provident fund.
