The Senior Manager - GST Compliance will be responsible for drafting replies to Show Cause Notices (SCNs), appeals, and reviewing responses prepared by the team. They will track open matters, analyze updates on legislation and judicial precedents, and engage in discussions with the Head of Center of Excellence. Additionally, they will be responsible for tracking the status of assigned matters. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in VAT-related compliances of overseas group companies - Supporting customs audit-related work of overseas group companies - Conducting health checks and compliance reviews of overseas group companies - Drafting replies to letters, SCNs, and appeals related to TML Group Companies - Providing advisory opinions to TML Group Companies, including overseas group companies - Coordinating with Group Companies for day-to-day monitoring and preparing monthly MIS reports Qualifications and Experience: - Functional Knowledge: Working knowledge of GST Law and procedures, as well as UK/EU VAT and Customs - Leadership Behavior: Customer Centricity, Developing Self and Others, Driving Execution, Leading by Example, Leading Change, Motivating Self and Others - Educational Qualification: CA/CMA/MBA, LLB with GST experience only - Technical Skills: Working knowledge of GST Law and procedures, UK/EU VAT, Customs, and good drafting skills - Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, Marathi - Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Indirect Taxes The ideal candidate for this role must possess a strong understanding of GST compliance requirements, VAT regulations, and customs audit procedures. They should demonstrate leadership qualities such as customer focus, continuous development, execution excellence, ethical standards, change management, and team motivation. Additionally, candidates must hold the specified educational qualifications and language proficiency to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of this position.,
