As a Second Level Support for SAP FI/CO users at Kautex in India-Bangalore-Mylasandra, you will play a vital role in troubleshooting and optimizing business processes within the SAP FI/CO environment. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, customizing SAP to align with client processes, and contributing to the development and implementation of SAP projects. Your experience with SAP FI/CO, financial and accounting processes, and analytical thinking will be key in your success. Additionally, your ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and adapt to new challenges will be essential. Proficiency in PC standard applications and a strong command of English, both written and spoken, are required. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience, or a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification may be considered. Previous experience with servers would be advantageous.
