Pave a path for effective execution of process customization, configuration, and implementation. Thereafter, monitor and communicate process deployment milestones. 8. Ensure perfect transfer of process from deployment to ‘service delivery’ without leaving space for uncertainty. 9. Develop and setup Process Mining capability – which includes data identification, extraction, transformation and data cleansing to feed process mining analysis.
