OpenText Content Server Support Analyst: Role Overview: An OpenText Content Server (OTCS) Support Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the OpenText Content Server environment within an organization. This role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the content management system, as well as providing technical support to users.
