To take care installation & servising of Analytical Instruments sold in Western Region. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain equipment and systems at customer sites. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues; perform repairs and maintenance as necessary. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits. Prepare detailed reports on service activities and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales process. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Train customers on product usage and best practices.
