Provide level 1 & level 2 support for application-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Making sure that customers query and issues resolved with-in SLA. Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, communicating with customers regularly regarding issue status Assist in the deployment of new applications and updates. Document and track support requests using the companys ticketing system. Collaborate with development team to identify and resolve issues. Ready to work in rotational shifts. Qualification - Graduation Technical skills : QGood understanding and knowledge of Linux ( Red hat/Centos). Understanding of any ticketing system Good understanding of ITIL process Basics of MS SQL Soft skills required : Good written and spoken English Proactive and self driven Taking responsibility and proven record of improvements Relevant Experience - 0-4 Years
