Description: Are you a Customer/1 SME with deep domain knowledge in billing, finance, or service modules? Join a long-term transformation initiative for a leading utility client moving from Customer/1 to Kraken. Location: Remote (Onshore or Offshore) Duration: 3–5 Years Industry: Utilities & Energy Key Responsibilities: Act as CSS module expert (Billing, Escrow, Finance, etc.) Guide development & business teams on system operations Lead knowledge transfer, documentation, and redesign recommendations Mentor junior team members & participate in SME reviews Requirements: ✅ 6+ years with Customer/1 (CSS) systems ✅ Utility billing domain expertise ✅ Strong documentation & mentoring skills ✅ Snowflake or National Grid experience is a plus Job Type: Full-time
