We’re hiring a Customer/1 (CSS) Tester to support a long-term utility sector transformation project. This role ensures stability of the legacy billing system during a migration to the Kraken platform. Location: Remote (INDIA) Duration: 3–5 Years Industry: Utilities & Energy Key Responsibilities: Design & execute test cases for billing logic, rate changes, and usage calculations Validate pre/post-bill processes using DB2, JCL outputs Perform regression testing, defect tracking, and system validation Tools: SPUFI, File-AID, JCL, DB2 Requirements: ✅ 5+ years testing Customer/1 in a regulated utility environment ✅ Strong understanding of rate tables, meter reads, billing cycles ✅ Experience in electric/gas utility systems Job Type: Full-time
