Job Description: As a Field Officer in the Retail Banking / Loan Department / Field Services at our [RAIPUR] location, you will be responsible for conducting field visits, customer verifications, loan sourcing, and relationship building to support our banking operations. Your role will involve customer onboarding, documentation checks, and follow-ups to ensure compliance with banking procedures. Your key responsibilities will include visiting clients in assigned territories to collect KYC documents, conduct verifications, and support customer onboarding. You will also be promoting and cross-selling banking products such as loans, savings accounts, fixed deposits, and insurance. Timely follow-up with customers for EMI collections or loan recovery, maintaining accurate records of visits, client interactions, and reporting back to the branch regularly will be essential tasks. Furthermore, you will provide feedback and insights to branch/area managers regarding market trends and customer needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal banking guidelines. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction will be a crucial aspect of your role. This is a full-time, on-field position with a day shift, morning shift schedule. Performance bonuses are available based on your performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a FRESHER FEMALE and 1 year of experience in FLUENT ENGLISH. The work location is in person.
